About The Role
Wisdom is seeking our first Head of Growth to level up our marketing impact and focus on bringing new leads into the Wisdom ecosystem. In this role, you’ll manage and run tests across various marketing channels. You’ll dive into the weeds of our current process, establish the right tests to run, and evaluate spend and ROI to help us understand where our customers are and how to attract them.
This is a high-impact, business critical, fully remote role that can be based anywhere in the US.
What You’ll Do
Lead Wisdom’s marketing initiatives and help drive significant, meaningful lead generation in our first year of business
Manage and operationalize our existing marketing channels and help us test and scale into new channels
Build our marketing process, including regular measurement and reporting on spend, campaign outcomes, and other metrics
Communicate Wisdom’s unique value proposition across a variety of mediums, effectively engaging dental offices and their core decision makers
Partner with our sales team on tuning conversion metrics and qualification criteria to ensure we’re attracting and converting high-quality leads
We’d Love To Hear From You If You Have
Professional experience in the dental world, especially marketing to dentists and dental office managers
At least 8 years of professional experience in a marketing role or similar
Previous experience running campaigns and tests and measuring success and optimizing performance using data
A high level of autonomy and self-direction
A desire to build from the ground up and scale a scrappy marketing process into a well-oiled machine
