Qualifications/Competencies/Skills:
As head of people, you will bring the following skills:
Well-versed on HR challenges, issues, manager/employee conflicts, employee relations
Your superpower is people, demonstrated by a deep care for every employee
You understand what’s important to people and affirm that to them
Strong interpersonal skills
Experience:
Multiple years of experience leading a people function OR multiple years of experience in an executive role
Experience establishing some of the following: compensation policy, career pathway development, performance management system
