Job Description

Hygraph is the next-generation content management platform uniquely situated in the competitive landscape with its newly announced content federation capabilities. As part of our evolution, we’re looking for a product marketing manager to join our growing team.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you’ll work closely with our product, partnerships, and sales teams to develop product marketing materials and campaign initiatives to win new business and serve existing customers.

What you will be working on

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement product marketing plans, defining unique value propositions, positioning, and messaging tailored to various personas and segments.

  • Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the product and sales teams to influence the product roadmap and help the sales team with the enablement programs.

  • Launch Excellence: Plan and execute product launches, ensuring alignment with product management and broader marketing strategies.

  • GTM Strategy: Build and execute strategic Go-To-Market plans that effectively communicate the value of Hygraph to diverse audiences, in partnership with the Demand Generation team.

  • Performance Monitoring: Oversee the product marketing function, ensuring strategies are aligned with business objectives and adapting plans based on performance metrics.

Requirements

Our expectations from you

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in product marketing leadership, specifically within a B2B SaaS organization targeting an enterprise customer base.

  • Expertise: Strong background in the MACH domain (e.g., CMS, commerce, search, experience management), DXPs, or API tooling.

  • Skill Set: Exceptional ability to distill complex concepts into clear, concise messaging. Proven experience in market research, shaping buyer personas, and understanding the technical buyer's journey.

  • Target Audience Experience: Demonstrated success in engaging a technical audience, including developers, enterprise architects, and product managers.

  • Behavioral traits: A visionary leader with an innovative mindset, capable of independent decision-making and driving initiatives with minimal supervision.

The process:

  • Intro call with Talent Acquisition

  • Hiring Manager Interview with the VP of Marketing

  • Case study or assignment

  • Case study debriefs and Interviews with colleagues from our Marketing and Leadership teams

  • Reference Check and Offer.
