Healthcare Recruiter Position Summary

Plans, develops and implements recruitment strategies for assigned departments/job classes. Provides a high level of customer service in consulting with and guiding hiring managers on recruitment and staffing issues. Works with hiring managers to fill open positions with highly qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

Establishes relationships with hiring managers; executes recruitment strategies to include sourcing candidates through ATS, social media and building a pipeline through schools, employee referrals and community events.

Must be local to the area. The Healthcare Recruiter position offers a hybrid work schedule. You can expect to work 1-2 days in office per week and the remaining days will have the option of working remotely. As the Healthcare Recruiter, you will also be responsible for planning and leading hiring events and attending local career fairs.

THE RECRUITER CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.

Education Required: Bachelors in related field or equivalent experience

Experience Required: 2 years of recruitment, HR or sales
