Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Sales and Client Success roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates with a high sense of urgency.
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates from targeted industries, including leveraging your expertise in market mapping to identify and engage top GTM talent across the healthtech, Saas, and HR vendor landscape.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand evolving business needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with company goals.
- Data-Driven Recruitment: Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, optimize sourcing strategies, and provide insights to hiring managers and leadership.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a white glove candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, timely feedback, and professional interactions throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on hiring GTM roles within healthcare, software, or HR vendor spaces.
- Market Mapping Expertise: Proven experience in market mapping and competitive analysis within the GTM landscape, with a strong network of sales and client success professionals.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the healthtech, SaaS, or HR software markets, with the ability to articulate the nuances of these industries to candidates.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using data and metrics to drive recruitment decisions and strategies.
This role can be located anywhere in the United States.
The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:
Zone A: $132,060 - $156,070 + equity + benefits Zone B: $151,869 - $179,481 + equity + benefits Zone C: $65,075 - $195,088 + equity + benefits Zone D: $171,678 - $202,891 + equity + benefits

Starting base salary for the successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include, but not limited to, education; training; skill set; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; business needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and alignment with geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and competitive compensation based on their roles and locations.
