Job Description
The Home-BasedHR Admin will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client.
The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having a strong attention to detail, ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.

Role Details
Work Shift: 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM PH Time
Workdays: Monday through Friday
Written and spoken English skill: Very Proficient
Work from home
Salary Range: 22,000 - 25,000.00
Job Responsibilities
Provides support on the following tasks:
General HR Support
HR Data Assistance, Including EE Survey, Retention Report, and People Analytics
Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information, organizing work, relaying messages, and maintaining equipment and supplies.
Workday Help Management
Offboarding Assistance
Community and Compliance paperwork
HR Concerns Assistance
Offboarding monitoring
Certificate of Employment processing
HR Researcher
Offboarding Process
Monitors and tracks offboarding process and liaises with POC’s to complete the process.
Responsible for generating and routing clearance of offboarded employees.
Schedule and conduct exit interviews for offboarded employees.
Coordinates with the IT Procurement team for equipment retrieval.
Works with the Labor Relations and Payroll team for the processing of the final pay.
Coordinates and issues quitclaim, 2316, and final pay slip of inactive employees.Responds to the offboarding concerns.
Respond to and prepare COE requests of active and offboarded employees.Perform tasks analogous to the foregoing.
Additional Job Requirements
Education: College degree in business management, psychology, or human resources preferred.
Experience: 1-3 years of proven work experience as Human Resources Generalist, Compliance Officer, Employee Retention Specialist, or similar role.
Excellent communication in both written and verbal.
Great with building and maintaining client relationships.
Software that will be used
Proficient with Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Proficient with Google suite (Google sheets, Gmail etc.)
