Job Description
The DCX Home Based Offshore Support will work as a full-time with a rapidly growing US based company. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client.
The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having a strong attention to detail, ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.
Ideal Candidates will be:

Responsibilities:
Run daily report of open orders and complete follow up for reason(s) listed on the report
Periodically check for new orders throughout the day to set follow up dates & reasons
Review orders to ensure ship date and method will result in timely arrival
Track shipments on various shippers’ websites
Communicate with manufacturers and AEs via phone, email.
Answer questions from Billing, Collections and other internal employees regarding assigned AEs' orders
Retain and appropriately apply knowledge of multiple vendors & products
Document all order-related activities in various systems
Negotiate with manufacturers when necessary
Enter orders and handles the end to end process until the order reaches the customer
Update all e-stores with product images, descriptions, pricing, etc.
Handle all help line questions/returns/exchanges for e-stores
Review backorders and contact customers to inform them of these issues and either suggest alternatives, or merely communicate the issue and offer to change their order
Help with monthly reconciliation and reporting – be able to export orders from site backend, review for specific details, send to team
Relay compassion, desire to help and service oriented attitude; appropriately balancing empathy and firmness
Report to work timely and consistently with minimal unplanned absences
Provide backup to other customer service representatives; and
Perform tasks analogous to the foregoing.
Role Details and Requirements
Industry: Promotional
Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
Workdays: Monday - Friday
Basic Salary: PHP 25,000.00 - 35,000.00
Written and spoken English skill: Very Proficient
Experience in a customer service role
Ability to move fast
Preferred: 2+ years of promotional products experience
Ability to learn company specific systems
