Job Description:
The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Production Artist is responsible for the development and accuracy of a file before being sent to print for customers’ promotional products orders.
Duties include recreating customer logos into vector art, setting up proofs and virtuals and diligently applying design changes and recommendations to each project. Must possess the ability to handle an array of projects at any given moment. A high standard for quality control is a must as production artists provide the final approval of a project before its launch.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
A production artist works directly with sales teams to refine design specifications in accordance with supplier art specifications.
Reviewing graphics, layouts, and fonts before designs are completed.
Using editing software to create, revise, and finalize designs.
Suggesting and making improvements to customer artwork.
Preparing files based on the supplier specifications.
Creating and manipulating graphics through Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop
Assessing project specifics and creating a final product that adheres to those requirements
Vectorizing logos, saving them to the proper file format, and crafting mock-ups for the sales team's use
Setting type and sizing imprints on promotional products
Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations.
Pulling product templates from supplier websites to create proof.
Sending proof to customers for review and approval.
Ensuring approved orders are smoothly transitioned into the production phase and monitoring order status to prevent delays.
Communicating with internal teams and clients for revisions or suggestions.
Assessing project specifics and creating a final product that adheres to those requirements.
Ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
Experience:1-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer,Production Artist, or other relevant experience.
Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
Technical Skills: Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications.
Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:
Proficient with Adobe programs, specifically Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, and InDesign.
Technically savvy and have a solid understanding of file formats, image optimization techniques, and color management.
Demonstrates ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities through organization and priority setting while meeting stringent deadlines.
A strong portfolio that demonstrates your creative and technical skills in graphic design, as well as your ability to deliver visually impactful designs.

Salary Range: Php 35,000 - Php40,000
