Hospitality Enablement Manger - Collegiate Hospitality
We are seeking a Hospitality Enablement Manager to lead the development and implementation of programs aimed that enhance operations strengths within our line of business. This role focuses on supporting strategic initiatives for new account openings, improving retention, and streamlining onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will manage continuous improvement of training and development programs while collaborating with operational leaders to ensure effective communication and alignment with our goals.
This position is fully remote.
Job Responsibilities
- Program Development: Lead efforts to assess and document operational strengths and opportunities within targeted accounts.
- Operations Activation: Support new account openings, address key retention needs, and manage onboarding processes.
- Training Management: Oversee the development and enhancement of training and development programs for operations.
- Engagement Activities: Collaborate with operational leaders and champion networks to improve systems, tools, and resources.
- Partnership Development: Work with internal and external resources to advance training opportunities for field operations teams.
- Project Management: Communicate and track progress towards company goals, ensuring timely delivery of key projects.
- Executive Updates: Provide regular updates and adjust strategies as necessary to meet company objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food management.
- Knowledge of safety, food, and labor management processes.
- Proficiency in systems supporting safety and food management.
- Strong communication skills.
