B2B Marketing Director- Student Nutrition
The position will have responsibility for a range of marketing activities in support of new business sales. The position will work with the VP of Growth to oversee Student Nutrition’s Business to Business Marketing through integrated marketing activities which support the achievement of new business development for Aramark Student Nutrition. In this capacity, the position will also oversee the strategy, and execution of regional and national level trade show engagements. They will have direct oversight and supervision for Regional Communication Managers

EDUCATION & REQUIREMNETS
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Travel required – up to 75%
Job Responsibilities
This position will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing initiatives and enhancing client engagement, it requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities and a passion for innovative marketing.:
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies for procuring client lists and identifying potential leads to drive business growth. Support full sales pipeline conversion and CRM tracking in collaboration with sales leadership.
- Customer Engagement Strategy: Design and execute effective external customer engagement strategies inclusive of trade shows, emails, phone calls, meetings, events, etc. ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and maximizing brand visibility.
- Collaboration with Business Development: Maintain close relationship with the Directors of Business Development (DBDs) to align marketing and communication efforts with sales objectives and enhance new client partnerships.
- Social Media Strategy: Create and manage a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand presence and engagement across various platforms.
- Content Creation: Write, oversee, and track the development of Client Newsletters, Monthly Joint Reviews (MJR), Client Business Reviews (CBR) to support strategic initiatives and client communication.
- Team Oversight: Supervise and provide guidance to regional Communication Managers, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with company objectives.

COMPENSATION: The salary rate for this position ranges from $140,000 to $150,000, depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
