Job Description:

Zscaler Inc., is looking for an aspiring People & Culture benefits operations professional looking to make a difference in our EMEA and global benefit offerings. You will develop partnerships with our main leaders and business decision makers within the organisation to develop world-class employee benefit programs.

Reporting to the Manager of Business Transformation & Benefits Operation, you will play a major role in the employee experience from the moment an employee joins a company, to the moment they leave, and everything in between. You will help develop and deliver a new Benefits concierge service to engage our employees when it matters the most through educating them on their benefits and directing them to the most beneficial support option. This is a remote friendly position.

  • You will manage the on-boarding of new employees and throughout the employee life-cycle regarding benefit enrolment including leavers and off-cycle qualifying life events.
  • Help manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee records management, transfers, promotions, and off-boarding.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to build processes, identify solutions, and complete tasks.
  • You will identify and highlight risks, and partner with the team to develop solutions.
  • Identify ambiguities in processes and define solutions by collaborating with Payroll, Legal, Finance, and vendors. Document solutions in standard operating procedures.
  • Administer time off, leave of absence, and payroll inputs based on statutory requirements.
  • Raise insurance claims for short- and long-term sick leave
  • Track and maintain metrics and dashboards related to the use of benefit programs.
  • You will collaborate with all partners for roll out of annual benefits enrolment.
  • Service level agreement adherence for processing and checking vendor invoices
  • You will respond to and action employee requests related to HR policies, benefits, and general HR matters and resolving issues within the defined Service level agreement
  • Provide payroll with relevant payroll reports each month by the required due date
  • Administer the updating of relevant benefits after any employee salary changes
  • Help administer non-insured benefits programs – leave of absence, tuition reimbursement, Child care
  • You will create quarterly headcount audits with all benefit providers.
  • Help improve projects to improve employee experience operational efficiency of benefit programs and HR processes
  • Work with internal partners (Payroll, Finance, and Legal) on the day-to-today administration of Zscaler's benefit programs.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and create regular reports for HR metrics.
  • Analyse HR data to identify trends and provide insights to enhance HR processes.
  • Help with ad-hoc projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4+ years experience with HR Benefits programs
  • Knowledge of employment/labour laws and benefit offerings for multiple EMEA countries
  • Familiarity with HRIS, payroll and benefits software systems
  • Driven and with the enthusiasm to work
  • Ability in making sound decisions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a fast-growing technology organisation or SaaS product delivery organisation
  • Experience working in a global public company
  • History of managing confidential information with utmost integrity
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources
