As Virtuagym keeps on growing, we are now looking for a new face to complement our Client Success team. As an Implementation Support Assistant in our Customer Onboarding International team, you will support the teams in configuring our client’s software to meet their requirements, which involves handling and managing client data! Will you join us in our quest to create a healthier and happier world?

Although you will be working for our Colombian office, we are a remote-friendly company! This means you can work from home in Colombia whenever you want. You can also join your colleagues in our Medellin office. It is completely up to you!

What this role looks like

As an Implementation Support Assistant, you will be a key player responsible for the success of our customers. You will be responsible for working with client-provided data, entering it into systems, analyzing it, or managing it according to client needs.

  • A good start is half the battle, so you make sure that new customers get their data into their new platform.

  • You will configure the software to meet client requirements, which often involves handling and managing client data, as manual entry data in the software

  • You are responsible for reviewing their legal document when they apply for our payment solution, making sure that the documents provided are correct.

  • You will work with many teams that are facing clients: Onboarding, Customer Support, and Client Success teams making sure that they spend minimum time on setting up the client’s system by supporting them. You will work closely with our Payment Specialist regarding customer applications for our payment solution Virtuagym Pay

Some of your key tasks as Implementation Support Assistant

  • Data Import and Processing:
    • Handle mass imports of raw data provided by customers into the system.

    • Perform manual data entry tasks including typing or copy-pasting data as needed.

    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of imported data, conducting necessary validations.

  • Document Review:
    • Create and monitor new Virtuagym Pay applications

    • Review customer applications for our payment solution.

    • Document relevant information from the applications accurately into the system.

    • Maintained organized records of customer data and application forms.

  • Support for Onboarding and Customer Service Teams:
    • Act as a support resource for the Onboarding and Customer Support teams.

    • Respond to inquiries related to data imports and customer application forms.

    • Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes for new or existing customers.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).

  • You easily connect with people;

  • You feel comfortable working with a lot of freedom and autonomy, ready to take responsibility and are ready to thrive working remotely;

  • You are a true problem solver;

  • Strong organization and time management skills and ability to think outside the box.
