About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies, identifying and engaging with relevant influencers, and managing campaigns to ensure successful outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing effective influencer marketing strategies, aligning with clients' goals and objectives
- Identifying and engaging with relevant influencers across various platforms
- Negotiating partnerships and contracts with influencers
- Managing and overseeing the execution of influencer marketing campaigns
- Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven optimizations
- Maintaining relationships with influencers and providing ongoing support
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including social media, content, and marketing teams
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in influencer marketing, preferably in a managerial or similar role
- A solid understanding of the influencer marketing landscape and the ability to identify suitable influencers
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in managing influencer campaigns from start to finish
- An analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- A passion for marketing and keeping up with industry trends
