We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to focus on generating new business opportunities. This role involves identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and nurturing relationships to convert cold leads into warm prospects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, persistence, and a strategic approach to building and expanding our client base.
What You Will Do:
- Lead Generation Outreach:
- Identify and research potential leads within target markets using our GTM strategy.
- Reach out to prospects through personalized messages via email, social media, and other channels to engage them and schedule product demos.
- Lead Qualification:
- Evaluate and qualify leads based on their potential to convert into clients. Gather relevant information about their requirements, budget, and decision-making process.
- Sales Demos:
- Schedule and conduct initial meetings to present SupportYourApp’s services and value proposition.
- Pipeline Management:
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, tracking their progress from initial contact through to conversion.
- Collaboration Feedback:
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align outreach strategies with overall business goals.
- Cooperate with Marketing and Creative teams to create customized proposals and presentations that address the unique needs of each prospect.
- Work closely with the outreach specialist and marketing team to ensure alignment of outreach efforts with overall business development strategies. Share insights and feedback to refine lead generation tactics.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and refine outreach strategies.
- Provide regular reports on outreach activities, demo success rates, deal closures, and overall pipeline health.
- Data Reporting:
- Record all interactions and lead data in the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking for sales reporting.
- Provide regular reports on outreach activities, lead conversion rates, deal closures, and overall pipeline health.
What You Need:
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales or business development in the outsourcing or customer support industry;
- Excellent spoken and written English (C1+);
- Experience with B2B markets in the EU, US, Canada and similar;
- Experience in conducting Discovery calls;
- Have successful closed deals;
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs;
- Strong communication skills with a persuasive and engaging approach;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools;
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Would be a plus:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field;
- Familiarity with outsourcing services and industry practices;
- Good sense of humor 🙂
