We are seeking a skilled IT Consultant with expertise in gathering and analyzing business requirements and software testing. This role requires fluency in English and offers the flexibility to work remotely from within the EU or from our offices in Athens or Thessaloniki. Occasional travel to client sites may be required in the future.
What You'll Do:
- Being involved in the whole life cycle of projects from a business perspective, acting as counterpart to the client’s Product Owner in the role of Business Analyst and Requirements Engineer, Software Tester, Technical Writer, Trainer, and Project Assistant;
- Eliciting, analysis, refinement, and management of user and system requirements;
- Software application testing, documentation, user training, support, and studies for software applications;
- Client communication;
- Participation in project management and reporting activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field or equivalent work experience;
- Working knowledge in process modeling and modeling of functional and non-functional requirements;
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment;
- Fluency in English;
- Minimum 1-year related experience in a Software development project;
- Knowledge of UML, BPMN, XML, XSD, SQL, and usability and accessibility aspects of Web applications is an asset.
