JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Analyst will be responsible for leading high complexity projects and key operational initiatives with technology driven solutions as part of the Product Management team. They will own the creation and documentation of requirements that lead directly to solving key business challenges, working both independently and cross functionally across IT and operational departments. They will conduct competitive research, analyze data, and define and work with other members on team to provide estimates for features as directed. This individual will create applicable technology user guides, provide status updates to internal leaders throughout the life cycle of the project, lead functional and integration testing, and post implementation monitoring.

The successful candidate must have the ability to effectively translate and document operational needs into clear business requirements and manage day to day support of designated product portfolio under an agile environment. They will have the responsibility of mentoring and guiding analyst team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design new software systems / processes by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
  • Develop communications documents [Project status, project milestones, Notification, Training guide, user-manuals etc.
  • Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations such as System Approaches, Outline high-level flow, Release notes etc.
  • Act as conduit between the business / client teams and development teams to ensure proper flow of communication and resolution of any gaps of information understanding
  • Support testing team in understanding system requirements, defining testing objectives and participate in functional testing
  • Conduct user training sessions and support client teams during acceptance testing

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

  • CBAP certified preferred
  • 3 - 5 years of prior tech product management experience preferably in health IT services / health tech product environment preferred
  • Experience in healthcare / healthcare IT desirable
  • Experience working on Workflow Management Products desirable
  • Experience delivering products and showing the impact of the work you have done
  • Strong project and requirement documentation skills

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience preferred to perform the job.

  • Degree (Bachelor’s or Master's) in healthcare, life sciences or computer science

Compensation and Benefit Information

Compensation

  • Pay: $77,376.00-$123,552.00 annually. Compensation depends on location, qualifications, and experience.
  • Management level positions may be eligible for sign-on and relocation bonuses.
