About the role
We have an immediate opening for an IT Support Specialist to be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our internal staff members. The primary objectives of this role are to ensure smooth operation of IT systems and provide prompt resolution of any issues that arise.
The environment is comprised of MDM managed Mac, Windows, iOS and Android devices deployed to a remote user base. Microsoft 365, Atlassian, and Slack are the key tools used to conduct internal business
Duties:
- Respond to IT support requests via phone, chat, or remote support tools to provide timely technical support to end-users
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks on endpoints such as software updates, patches, or vulnerability remediation
- Administer user access and permissions within IT resources
- Coordinate and track user on/offboarding activities
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements by collaborating with other teams and departments, implementing best practices
- Maintain an accurate inventory of company-owned IT assets
- Provide technical training and support to end-users on software applications and IT systems
- Document technical procedures and solutions within our knowledge base
- Provide quality IT support that enables internal customers to achieve company goals

- Microsoft 365 Suite (GCC High) - Business tools and email
- Okta/Entra ID – Identity and Access Management
- MacOS/Windows/VDI Endpoints – MDM Managed
- Jira Service Desk – Ticket management and tracking
Requirements:
- Technical support or IT helpdesk experience: 1+ years (Required)
- Strong knowledge of Windows/MacOS operating systems
- Experience providing support to remote users
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously
- Familiarity with Azure AD and the Microsoft 365 Suite

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 + equity + 401K match.
