Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • As the Key Account Manager, you'll take charge of Enterprise/Outsource customer relationships, crafting strategies to foster portfolio growth

  • Perform Quarterly Business Reviews with your customers

  • Ensure profitability by effectively managing sales plan execution, supplier relationship management, A/R and A/P, claims, etc.

  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell CT Exchange’s solutions across modes and services

  • Effectively manage competing demands and priorities ensuring portfolio goals are met

  • Use data driven insights to support continuous improvement within the portfolio

What we are looking for:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years Logistics Account Management Experience

  • 5+ years experience managing Enterprise and Outsource accounts

  • Strong analytical, sales and negotiation skills

  • Experience working in/utilizing spreadsheets, word processing presentation and other related programs

  • Dynamic, on the fly, problem solving skills

  • Clear and confident communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

What is preferred:

  • CRM platform experience, preferably Salesforce
