Job Description

The role and a bit about us

We’re looking for a Lead Ambassador to take full ownership of the peaq Ambassador Program.

This is an opportunity to build, nurture, and grow the global peaq community. You'll play a pivotal role in amplifying the peaq message globally while fostering a strong sense of belonging among our community members. Your mission will be to blur the lines between the team and the community as peaq continues to decentralize over the years ahead.

You'll collaborate closely with the community, marketing, creative, PR, product, ecosystem and leadership teams to ensure that the Ambassador Program aligns with our overarching goals and values.

You’ll be joining a team of hungry entrepreneurs, visionaries, engineers, and creatives, driven by the opportunity to have a real-world impact. We’re experience-oriented, performance driven, and go through life with a ‘can-do’ attitude – because that’s what it takes to positively shape our collective future.

If that resonates with you, let’s dive into the details.

What you bring to the table

  • You’ve either launched or managed a successful Ambassador Program for a big Web2 or Web3 brand. This is really important - we respectfully ask that you don’t apply if this is not the case.
  • You’re a crypto-native.
  • You're a dynamic team player with top-notch organizational skills.
  • Your program strategy and coordination experience, especially in the blockchain or tech sector, speaks volumes of your capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are your forte, enabling you to connect effortlessly with a diverse, global crowd.
  • With your strong leadership, you effortlessly lead and inspire teams.
  • Your event planning and organizational skills are nothing short of excellent.
  • You're known for tackling challenges with creativity and effectiveness.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced setting comes naturally to you.
  • Independent and proactive, you're self-driven in your work.
  • You’re excited by the prospect of leading a remote team of over 100 people all over the world.

Nice to Have:

  • Multilingualism is a significant asset, given our global community scope.
  • Experience as an active member of an ambassador program is highly desirable.
  • You’re deep in DePIN.

Things You’ll Do:

  • Take total ownership of the peaq Ambassador Program.
  • Lead the Ambassador Program to align with our overarching mission and goals, which culminates in leveraging the program to decentralize peaq’s governance and hand the power to the community over the years ahead.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process for new ambassadors, from accepting or rejecting candidates to handling disputes and keeping the cohort fresh and energetic.
  • Collaborate with the comms and finance teams for budget allocation and funding community initiatives.
  • Guide the ambassadors to create and run regional hubs all over the world.
  • Aim to expand the program globally, ensuring its transparency, automation, and merit-based structure.
  • Devise incentives and rewards for top performers.
  • Build and maintain relationships within the ambassador community, fostering active involvement and teamwork.
  • Design and implement training for ambassadors to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor ambassador activities, offer constructive feedback, and develop reward systems for sustained engagement.
  • Track program metrics, report on progress and effectiveness, and leverage insights for continuous improvement.
  • Manage the Ambassador Program's budget, including funds allocation for community projects and events.

What we offer

  • Remote first. You’ll be joining a team working from all over the world.
  • Flexible working arrangements. Create your own journey with flexible working schedules and locations.
  • The opportunity to contribute to innovative projects in an exciting industry that has the potential to positively shape our world.
  • High growth potential. Room to grow professionally at EoT Labs, while learning new skills and working on the cutting edge of Web3 and IoT.
  • A warm and open culture at an international organization with team members coming from all four corners of the globe.
  • An environment that values freedom, autonomy, team spirit and open communication.

What guides us

  • We believe that great teams can only deliver great results consistently if they work under conditions that give them creative freedom and a manageable workload, creating full focus on what's important.
  • We find strength in diversity and authenticity.
  • We give you the freedom you need to be great at what you do.
  • We create a space where people can do what they love and live up to their potential.

We look forward to building the future with you.
