As the company experiences rapid growth, they need a skilled lead generation specialist to expand their supplier network through strategic research and outreach. This role is crucial for identifying and qualifying potential suppliers through non-traditional channels, requiring someone who can work independently during UK business hours while maintaining systematic approaches to supplier discovery and engagement.
The Impact you’ll make
Supplier Research & Identification- Research potential suppliers beyond common search methods
- Explore trade fairs, industry publications, and specialized platforms
- Build comprehensive supplier lists with detailed information
- Develop effective research strategies
- Conduct initial supplier outreach via email
- Request pricing and product catalogs
- Qualify suppliers based on specific criteria
- Track engagement and responses
- Compile and maintain supplier information
- Manage backend database entries
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Provide regular progress reports and updates
- Share insights on challenges and process improvements
- Create organized data structures
- Develop SOPs for lead generation
- Support business growth initiatives
- Streamline operational processes
- Assist with CV vetting when needed
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:- Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation or research
- Strong research and data compilation skills
- Proficiency in spreadsheet management
- Excellent written communication abilities
- Experience in business email outreach
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

Work Setup:
