The prospect is a private higher education provider, with a Melbourne base and global footprint. They offer vocational and bachelor's degree programs for international students. The school runs primary and undergraduate courses across the three locations Melbourne, Australia.

This full-time role requires a proactive individual with exceptional research and administrative skills. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying potential leads, nurturing relationships, and contributing to the growth of our clients' businesses.

Job Responsibilities:

Research Industry Events:

  • Identify relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand the objectives, attendees, and themes of each event.
  • Prepare detailed reports outlining key findings and recommendations for participation.

Profile Research:
  • Utilize various platforms and tools to research potential leads' profiles, including decision-makers and influencers.
  • Gather comprehensive information on prospects' backgrounds, interests, and pain points.
  • Compile insightful reports to assist in tailoring outreach strategies and messaging
Email Communication:
  • Craft compelling emails for lead outreach, nurturing, and follow-up.
  • Manage email correspondence efficiently, ensuring timely responses and professional communication.
  • Implement strategies to increase email open rates, engagement, and conversion.
Meeting Scheduling:
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with qualified leads, leveraging efficient scheduling tools.
  • Confirm attendance and provide necessary details to ensure smooth participation in conferences and appointments.
  • Maintain organized calendars and ensure alignment with stakeholders' availability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, market research, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional proficiency in conducting online research and analyzing data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in email management tools and scheduling software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving lead generation and conversion rates.

As this is work from home, you need your own computer and internet to support calls and video calls /meetings.
