Key Responsibilities:
Lead Identification:
- Research and identify potential contacts in the real estate and property management sectors (property managers, building managers, real estate agents, etc.) through online research, industry directories, social media platforms, and other resources.
- Build and maintain a database of qualified leads with accurate contact information.
- Create and implement targeted email campaigns designed to engage prospects and generate interest in our products/services.
- Develop email content that is compelling, clear, and tailored to the needs and pain points of different segments within the target audience.
- Design and segment email lists to ensure campaigns reach the right audience with personalized messaging.
- Schedule and send regular email newsletters, promotional emails, and follow-up sequences to prospective clients.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of email campaigns (open rates, click-through rates, responses) and adjust strategies accordingly for optimization.
- A/B test subject lines, email copy, and send times to determine the most effective approach.
- Engage with leads who respond to email campaigns, guiding them through the sales funnel by providing additional information, answering questions, and offering solutions.
- Follow up with leads to maintain engagement and move them further down the sales pipeline.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation progress, campaign performance, and overall sales pipeline health.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and contribute to the development of overall marketing strategies.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Proven experience in lead generation, email marketing, or a similar role (experience in real estate or property management is a plus).
- Strong proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive email copy.
- Strong research skills with the ability to identify and source contacts in relevant industries.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking systems (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.).
- Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to drive improvements and optimize campaigns.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving lead generation and sales growth.
