Lead Implementation Consultant

This is an excellent opportunity for a Lead Implementation Consultant to make a business & client impact by leading and supporting UK mid-market projects. Our Lead Implementation Consultants are accountable for the delivery of new implementations and annual flex renewal projects, for a range of UK clients.

We will count on you to:
Act as the primary contact, project support or project sponsor for clients during their new implementation projects or complex change requests. This will include ~20 projects per year.
Work directly with clients to understand their benefits scheme and consult on Darwin capabilities, capture the client requirements, and create technical Darwin specification documents.
Support the operating model by driving process improvements to delivery & service, and continually improve the way we sell, deliver and service clients.
Support the development and enablement of junior employees, through training, mentoring and line management.
Support wider business as required including attending pitches, capacity planning and resourcing.
Work with off-shore project coordination, configuration specialists and quality assurance teams to ensure Darwin is meeting clients’ needs.
Support clients’ acceptance testing of the solution and monitor progress to ensure successful launch of the solution to their employees.
Ensure client deliverables are rendered in accordance to contractual commitments.
What you need to have:
Solid work experience gained as a project manager or implementation consultant for a SaaS product.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Intermediate/ Advanced Excel skills (must be able to do VLOOKUP, Pivot tables etc.).
Ability to work on own and as part of a team.
Excellent planning and organisation skills and ability to work to deadlines.
Proven ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with ‘key’ internal and external client contacts and personalities.
