About the Position
The Learning Program Manager- Field Support, drives the strategy and execution of their assigned learning and development programs. This position reports to the VP of Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development. This role analyzes the customer/vertical strategy, the L&D Roadmap and gathers strategic input to analyze, design, and coordinate developmental programs. This position will align customer/vertical learning programs that could include: on-boarding, compliance training, learning paths, coaching, individualized development plans and other topics as needed.
Functions
- Works with the functional leaders to translate business requirements into defined training needs including conducting needs analysis, creating design documents, developing, and delivering dynamic learning solutions for employee development.
- Partner closely with vertical leadership to align business strategy with developmental needs of customer/vertical.
- Design various before, during, and after learning components and work with HR Business Partners and managers to ensure that knowledge and skills are transferred to the job.
- Track metrics and report monthly on training programs within area of responsibility.
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to ensure IDPs incorporate organizational training and development resources.
- Other related duties as assigned by manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resource Development or related field is required. (Master’s degree preferred)
- 5-8 years’ of experience in delivering soft skill, job skills, orientation, and onboarding employee programs required. A combination of experience and/or education across these buckets is acceptable:
- Prior experience supporting and leading people preferred, but not required
- One or more certifications in Learning or HR areas preferred (Master Trainer, Coaching, S/PHR, etc.)
- Strong written and oral communication skills required along with a fair understanding on how to curate the message given the level of audience.

Travel Requirements
- This position is expected to travel approximately 50% - 75%.
