We are seeking a meticulous and proactive List Cleaning Specialist to join our team. The role involves verifying and enhancing the accuracy of our contact lists by confirming addresses, identifying decision-makers within businesses through cold calling, and gathering essential contact details. This position requires a keen attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate conversations effectively to obtain necessary information.
Responsibilities:
- Verify and update contact information within existing databases and lists.
- Conduct cold calls to businesses to confirm addresses and identify the decision-makers.
- Gather contact details such as email addresses and phone numbers of key personnel.
- Determine the number of computers or relevant technical equipment each business possesses.
- Document findings accurately in designated databases or CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations in all communications and data handling processes.
- Provide regular updates on progress and insights gained from list cleaning activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data verification, telemarketing, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident phone presence.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and verification.
- Ability to navigate conversations effectively and professionally.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or data management software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Persistent and goal-oriented approach to achieving targets and deadlines.
- Understanding of data protection regulations and guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with list building from various sources (contracted list cleaners, trade shows, purchased lists).
- Familiarity with Plus This tools for advanced marketing automation.
- Experience in managing newsletters, email campaigns, and direct mail campaigns.
- Familiarity with website integration and landing page creation.

- At least 15mbps for the main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
- A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
