Job Description

Bond Vet is on a mission to strengthen the human-animal bond through better pet care. We offer primary and urgent care, so we’re there for pets when they need us most. Our clinics are designed with pets and people in mind: warm, friendly, and highly sniffable. We balance this design with a strong focus on technology, all built in-house, which means we can easily innovate our systems to improve the veterinary team, pet, and client experience.

Bond Vet is pioneering the future of veterinary care, and we're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate to drive strategic partnerships and event enablement initiatives. This role will focus on cultivating large strategic partnerships, coordinating conferences, and facilitating event enablement strategies to amplify our brand presence and foster meaningful connections within the veterinary community and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conference & Event Coordination: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of conferences, trade shows, and industry events to showcase Bond Vet's expertise, products, and services. Manage logistics, vendor relationships, booth setup, staffing, and post-event follow-up to maximize engagement and ROI.
  • Event Enablement Strategies: Develop and implement event enablement strategies to support Bond Vet's participation in conferences, seminars, and networking events. Provide guidance, resources, and support to internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution and maximize opportunities for brand exposure and lead generation.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with external partners, event organizers, and industry influencers to expand our network, drive collaboration opportunities, and amplify our brand messaging. Serve as a key point of contact for partners and stakeholders, addressing inquiries, managing expectations, and fostering positive relationships. Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to negotiate contracts, secure resources, and ensure timely delivery of event-related materials and services. Maintain positive relationships and follow up on outstanding issues or concerns as needed.
  • Collaborative Initiatives: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Clinical Leadership, to leverage partnerships and event opportunities to achieve business objectives. Coordinate efforts to align messaging, resources, and strategies for maximum impact and consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Budget Management: Assist in the development and management of budgets for partnership initiatives and event enablement activities. Monitor expenses, track ROI, and optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient use of financial resources and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of partnership initiatives and event enablement strategies. Monitor and analyze data insights, track progress against goals, and generate reports to inform decision-making and optimize future initiatives.
  • Data Input and Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of event-related data, including attendee lists, registrations, feedback, and post-event evaluations. Input data into relevant databases, spreadsheets, or CRM systems with precision and attention to detail.
  • Event Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling event content, including promotional materials, presentations, agendas, and digital assets. Ensure content is engaging, informative, and aligned with brand standards and objectives.
  • RACE Registration Management: Manage the registration process for RACE-approved events, ensuring compliance with RACE requirements and guidelines. Process registrations, manage attendee inquiries, and maintain accurate records of participant information and attendance.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the events team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, drafting correspondence, and coordinating travel arrangements as needed. Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and invoice processing for event-related expenses.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in partnership development, event management, or related roles, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and manage strategic partnerships, negotiate agreements, and drive collaboration with external stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute events and initiatives within budget and timeline constraints.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and represent the brand professionally in public-facing settings.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality, accuracy, and attention to detail in all aspects of partnership development and event execution.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, project management tools, and CRM platforms preferred.

We Offer:

  • Support for your physical and mental wellness: medical, dental & vision plan options and access to mental health support programs
  • Time for you and loved ones: great PTO, fully paid parental leave over your time at Bond Vet, discounted Bond Vet services for pets
