Our mission is to support and enable the makers who fuel the pursuit of musical expression. We are currently searching for an exceptional Maintenance Mechanic IIto join our team in Corona, CA.

The Maintenance Mechanic II for Maintenance will be responsible for participating and engaging in all related building and equipment repairs, upgrades and preventative maintenance. You will provide preventative maintenance support throughout the entire manufacturing plan. Overall, you will construct, maintain, and test mechanical equipment, machinery and components. You will be responsible for identifying parts for replacement and placing those orders as applicable. You’ll need a basic familiarity with electrical skills. You will also be responsible for regular fire extinguisher and lighting inspections.

  • CNC troubleshooting and repair
  • Preventative Maintenance
  • Structural Maintenance
  • Installation of new equipment
  • Equipment Modifications
  • Custom Design projects of manufacturing equipment
  • Planning, organizing and scheduling minor/major maintenance, custodial services, and repair work.
  • Investigating and responding to equipment problems; assessing, troubleshooting and repairing equipment
  • Checking and evaluating work-in-process and upon completion
  • Enforcing safety regulations
  • Preparing requisitions for supplies and equipment
  • Maintaining records and report preparation
  • Other related duties as required

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 years of recent, full-time experience in general maintenance, and/or repair work.
  • Must have working knowledge of NFPA, NATIONAL Electrical Code
  • Working knowledge of PLC, motor control circuits, mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, plumbing, and building maintenance,
  • Welding skills (TIG, MIG, ARC, Brazing),
  • Willingness to work OT and maintain an on-call basis
  • Computer Knowledge; Excel and Word
  • CNC troubleshooting

Subject to the foregoing, the current pay rate for this position is $33.00 per hour.
