What you’ll do at Jamf:

The Channel Manager is responsible for providing leadership to a group of CAE’s based out of different regions along with growing and managing several Managed Partners. They have broad expertise or unique knowledge in channel sales, uses skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.

This role is remote in Germany. We are only able to accept applications for those based in Germanyor have sponsorship to live and work inGermany.

What you can expect to do in this role:

  • Provides Leadership to a growing team of CAE’s
  • Develop and execute Jamf’s EMEIA Channel strategy in alignment with Jamf’s business objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution with our channel partners. Coach and support the CAE’s with these plans.
  • Expand market adoption of Jamf solutions through business development activities via Jamf’s partner channel
  • Work closely with Channel Marketing team
  • Cultivate executive relationships with Channel partners, optimize & drive partner performance through business reviews with CAE’s in all the regions, identify additional business opportunities to expand revenue, and deploy a joint sale and/or marketing approach with Jamf partners and Jamf sales team.
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence and tightly integrating our DACH channel strategy into our partners.
  • Optimize the interaction of Jamf’s direct sales organization and partners in the region which entails responsibility for the rollout sales and technical enablement plans and go to market plans with our gold, silver and bronze partners (Registered, Professional and Elite in the future).
  • Provide clear, concise updates to channel EMEIA leadership regarding the program key initiatives, performance, and overall strategy.

What we are looking for:

  • Professional working proficiency in English and German (Required)
  • Minimum of 5 years of Channel Account Executive or Channel Management experience in the German market (Required)
  • Minimum of 1 experience in growing a team of channel Sales professionals within the software industry (Required)
  • Experience recruiting, developing, and inspiring channel Sales people (Required)
  • Proven track record of a successful collaboration with local channel partners (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with SalesForce or client management software
  • Excellent communication and customer services skill
