ABOUT US
Built around our mission, we started AG more than a decade ago as a way to bring comprehensive and convenient daily nutrition to just about everybody. Taking a bunch of pills and capsules is hard on the stomach and hard to keep up with. To help each of us be at our best, we developed a better approach to providing your body with everything it needs for optimal performance. 75 vitamins, minerals, whole-food sourced superfoods, probiotics, and adaptogens in one convenient daily serving. That’s it.
Our philosophy is to focus on a very small number of products based on what the latest science indicates is essential to human health. Occasionally we create new products, but we never make anything new just to sell you on more.
Our mission is to empower people to take ownership of their health.
THE ROLE
AG1 is looking for a self-motivated Creative Production Manager for our UK team, who will be excited by the challenge of being part of an evolving growth creative function, from scratch, to support our UK team. We’re looking for someone who understands how important producing a steady stream of great creative, at a high velocity, is to a performance marketing programme - and wants to build a best-in-class function that will enable this. For this role, we need someone who can think both critically and operationally - someone who can help us step back and work out what we should test next, and what we need to deliver, but also someone that can then build and manage a function that can actually deliver, at speed, and as efficiently as possible.
The ideal candidate in this role will embrace AG1’s experimentation mindset and help us to continually test and iterate. Reporting to the VP, Growth - UK, this role works cross-functionally across the UK business, understanding the needs of stakeholders across performance marketing, partnerships and retention, and ensures that we’re set up to deliver, whilst constantly developing new, performance-focused creative that incorporates best practices and drives efficient customer acquisition. The role will be working in a fast-paced, analytical yet creative environment that offers the opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing business and team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Collaborate on and support the development of our growth creative strategy by working with acquisition and retention channel leads to understand what we should test next, what we need to deliver, and how to do it - in order to maximise our creative testing velocity.
- Support the development of our creative function by understanding the creative needs of a small team, and determining how best to deliver on these needs in the most effective and efficient way possible - whether that’s through building an in-house team, onboarding agencies or utilising freelancers.
- Manage creative delivery - by pitching for resources and then recruiting, onboarding and managing the performance of agencies, freelancers or in-house staff members.
- Oversee resource planning and management, including the development and delivery of UK creative budget, seeking efficiencies both locally (across different projects) and globally (working with colleagues in the US and EU to maximise economies of scale).
- Develop and adhere to localised creative signoff processes across Brand, Legal and other stakeholders to ensure we balance speed, quality and risk management.
- Collaborate with global peers and utilise UK insight and performance data in order to continue to optimise our creative messaging hierarchy and tone of voice for the UK audience.
- Build the intake and resourcing roadmap, assigning creative resources, and driving, implementing, and managing projects.
- Ensure all creative production workstreams are executed at the highest level
- Analyze the effectiveness of creative and content campaigns and provide recommendations to further drive acquisition and retention efforts in the UK market.
- Stay up-to-date on the competitive landscape and share insights that will inform our evolving creative strategy for the market.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of creative production experience (ideally with experience of both creative strategy and creative operations)
- Prior work experience with high-growth, premium, and/or subscription/recurring revenue businesses preferred.
- ‘Start up mentality’ - happy to work as part of a small, agile team and take a proactive, problem-solving approach to their work.
- Prior work experience in the UK market preferred.
- Experience working with and managing a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external
- Creative workstream management background (includes projects within creative concepts, design, videography, photography, and copywriting - primarily for digital acquisition channels)
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a consistent “can-do” attitude.
- Understands the creative process and what the teams need to produce best in class work
- A seasoned and strong ability to problem solve as challenges arise.
- Documented success and experience delivering multi-dimensional marketing and creative projects.

- A full life outside of work with personal passions and hobbies!
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
- Highly competitive compensation and performance-based incentive plans.
