Job Description:

  • Establish deeply integrated partnerships across supply ecosystem including OTT + CTV and manage and grow our relationships with SSPs and premium publishers globally
  • Establish & grow programmatic inventory access & prioritization with all SSP (Supply-Side Platforms) partners across various points of distribution
  • Provide day-to-day direct SSP/exchange partner support, including new channel or industry standards evaluation, client questions, QBRs, contracts, troubleshooting, discrepancy, etc.
  • Interface directly with publishers and SSP partners for troubleshooting and activation across inventory deals
  • Become an expert on all new supply-related industry updates, such as new channels and devices, privacy regulations, etc.
  • Lead contract negotiations and integrations for new supply partners (publishers)
  • Analyze trends in inventory usage at a platform, SSP, format and publisher level to help inform relationships and develop strategy
  • Develop measurement strategy to provide recommendations for supply path optimization (SPO) initiatives
  • Provide oversight of relevant inventory to ensure successful operations & top line growth
  • Perform industry & trend research and analysis, and identify unique partnership opportunities
  • Work side-by-side with Zeta agency and brand clients, and the supply ecosystem at large, to support our growing sales teams with questions, proposals and presentations
  • Partner with Product and Leadership to execute a long-term roadmap of supply-focused strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate closely across all teams internally – Engineering, Product, Legal, Finance, Sales, Client Services, etc.
  • Understand and communicate Zeta’s value proposition and technology

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Programmatic experience working with Demand Side Platforms, Supply Side Platforms, exchanges, or other related technology
  • Experience and understanding of programmatic digital advertising: display, CTV, audio and video advertising buying strongly preferred
  • Deep expertise and understanding in OpenRTB
  • Hands on experience of demand/supply side ad technology stack including APIs and adserving
  • Have prior hands-on experience working with sell-side partners (SSP and AdExchanges)
  • Experience with ads.txt, app-ads.txt, sellers.json, and supply chain transparency protocols
  • Demonstrable experience with Supply Path Optimization (SPO)
  • Ability to continually make progress on long-term projects while also managing the day-to-day needs of a dynamic, rapidly growing business
  • Experience collaborating across Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering Marketing, Legal & Finance teams
  • Passionate about data exploration; comfortable navigating large data sets and extracting then presenting meaningful insights
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform in a fluid, fast-paced work environment, comfort with complex concepts
  • Attentive to detail and passionate about scalable solutions and operations
  • Adept communicator to stakeholders of both technical and business outcomes and challenges
  • Ability to rapidly grasp new technology and product changes, and comfort with complex concepts
  • Strong quantitative skills and negotiation abilities
  • Experience with SQL, JIRA, and Excel

COMPENSATION RANGE

The compensation range for this role is $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 depending on location and experience.
