This is a remote position.
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing and Events Coordinator to support our marketing and event initiatives. This role will focus on creating engaging email marketing campaigns, managing social media content, coordinating virtual and in-person events, and ensuring smooth execution of all related activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, social media, event coordination, and email campaign management, and be comfortable working across multiple platforms and tools.Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
- Post daily content on LinkedIn for multiple brands, including stories and event updates.
- Create and schedule posts for special dates and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage event-related posts and content across social media platforms.

Email Marketing
- Build and send press releases and client emails using HTML or provided assets.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including business development and event emails.
- Build event announcement emails, surveys, and other key communications.
- Review and edit emails to ensure quality and accuracy.

Event Marketing
- Create event marketing content and emails for sponsors and event participants.
- Manage the creation of event surveys in WordPress and build event recaps.
- Collaborate with the design team on visual materials for events.
- Assist in the organization of virtual and in-person events, including writing speeches and coordinating logistics.

Advertising Opportunities and Metrics
- Manage ad placements and collaborate with the sales team to collect ads.
- Track ad performance and provide metrics to clients.
- Manage content marketing packages and advertising opportunities for clients.
- Oversee the marketing calendar and update ads on the website.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and event coordination.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot), content management systems (e.g., WordPress), and social media tools (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, Adobe Suite, or other design tools).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to create compelling content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in creating marketing strategies for both virtual and in-person events.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, and social media platforms (LinkedIn).
- Creativity: Ability to generate creative ideas and innovative strategies for event promotion.
- Adaptability: Ability to adjust to a dynamic environment and manage quick changes in project requirements.
