Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Power BI to help transform data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide visually compelling reports and dashboards that support business decisions.

Responsabilities:

  • Design and develop interactive and visually appealing Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements.
  • Analyze, model, and transform complex data from multiple sources to create meaningful insights.
  • Collaborate with business users to understand their data needs and translate them into Power BI solutions.
  • Optimize and improve existing Power BI reports for better performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reports through rigorous data validation and testing processes.
  • Implement data governance standards to ensure the integrity and security of business intelligence solutions.
  • Automate reporting processes where possible to improve efficiency and data accessibility.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues with reports and dashboards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features, updates, and industry trends.


    • Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX queries, and dashboard creation.
  • Experience with SQL for querying and manipulating data.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
  • Ability to work with large and complex datasets from multiple sources.
  • Familiarity with Power BI deployment pipelines, Power BI Service, and Power BI Gateway.
  • Understanding of relational databases and data structures.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and deliver results on time.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar business intelligence role.
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization best practices.
  • Certifications in Microsoft Power BI or related Microsoft technologies (preferred).
  • Experience with Azure Data Services (such as Azure SQL, Data Factory) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R (nice to have).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
