About the job:
This position is perfect for someone who can follow an SOP to get repetitive tasks done effectively. Ideal candidates are intuitive with great English communication skills, comfortable with using basic software, and enthusiastic about mastering productivity to deliver high output with quality. You will be reporting directly to the CEO.
Instagram Reels Assistance:
- Take ideas from the Notion page for Instagram reels and use ChatGPT and a prompt to create scripts. Clean those scripts up based on SOP. Paste the scripts generated into a Notion table so that I can review them at the end of the day.
- Then, once I’ve recorded the video, it would be great if they could follow an SOP to edit the video with Capcut. Tick off that this is done on the Notion table so I can review and make any extra edits and update the SOP to be more accurate.
- Then generate a caption for that Instagram video based on the SOP. Then I review the script on the Notion table.
- Then post the video to our Instagram account with the approved caption.
Instagram Posts Assistance:
- Similar to the above, take ideas from the Notion page to create a still-post design using Figma. Either they could make these graphics themselves using Figma or communicate the instructions with our contractor. Again, use a Notion table to indicate that the Figma design is ready for review.
- I’ll give the exact instructions and examples on how to do so. It will involve copying and changing a few elements from an already existing Instagram post, in most cases.
- Once approved, make the caption using a ChatGPT prompt I provide. Using the Notion table to indicate the caption is ready for review.
Weekly Report:
- Help in creating the weekly report to the board using the SOP provided. Highlighting the progress we’ve made for the week. Which I will review.
Create Instagram Reels cover images:
- Communicate with our contractor, or they can do it themselves using Figma. I’ll give the exact instructions and examples on how to do so.
Create Meta ads:
- Communicate with the contractor, or they can do it themselves using Figma. I’ll give the exact instructions and examples on how to do so. It will involve copying and changing a few elements from an already existing Instagram post.
Instagram outreach:
- Send pre written messages with a small amount of customization to Instagram followers. Sending a different message to followers with a following greater than 5,000.
Instagram interactions:
- Go to hashtags and followers of large accounts in our space. Send messages to some of these people based on criteria, and mostly comment and reply to people who have left comments on posts in our space.
One-off-type work
Get brand-printed clothing made:
- Find a high-quality hat, shirt, and shorts printing company to print the logo on.
Plus, if there are other repetitive tasks I can think of to give them, I can add them with time.

Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
- Must have strong English Communication Skills
- Be able to use the following effectively: AI (mostly ChatGPT), Figma (ideal, not necessary), Notion (necessary, although easy to learn), and Google Docs
