🐼 Why Prévenir

Prévenir is a new Interenterprise Occupational Health and Prevention Service (SPSTI) in Île-de-France.

Our ambition is to rethink occupational health to improve the impact on employees' lives and the experience of healthcare professionals, by relying on the technological resources of Alan.

Our first medical center opened its doors on 117 Quai de Valmy (Paris 10ᵉ) and this is just the beginning!

🩺 The Role, Concretely

You are a referent occupational physician for a portfolio of member companies; your responsibilities are as follows:

• Coordinate the three missions of the SPSTI (individual monitoring, workplace action, prevention of occupational exclusion) across your portfolio of member companies, with a multidisciplinary team that you lead: IDEST, ASST, IPRP

• Innovation and continuous improvement: testing and deployment of new digital occupational health tools, optimization of protocols, collaboration with development teams, etc.

What changes versus a traditional SPSTI:

• Real delegation. The multidisciplinary team and IDESTs take charge of what can be delegated. You focus your medical time where it has the most impact.

• Teleconsultation at the employee's request, integrated into your practice when clinically relevant.

• Digital tools co-built according to your expectations. An Alan team of engineers and designers develops with physicians the tools they need — DMST, prevention pathways, assistance in writing company profiles, etc.

👤 The Profile Sought

Indispensable :

• Doctorate in medicine + DES or CES in occupational medicine

• Registration with the Medical Council (Ordre)

Ideally:

• Taste for working in a multidisciplinary team and delegation

• Curiosity about digital tools and AI applied to medical practice

• Ability to build a relationship of trust with employees and member companies
