Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Media Buyer to join our team. As a Media Buyer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google. Your primary goal will be to drive bottom-line sales and achieve a strong return on ad spend (ROAS) for our clients in the e-commerce industry. This is a full-time position that offers a dynamic work environment, fostering innovation, hard work, and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive media buying strategies to effectively reach target audiences and maximize campaign performance.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify key advertising opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Manage daily ad campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and make data-driven optimizations to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages that align with the client's brand and campaign objectives.
  • Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of different ad variations, target audiences, and placements, providing actionable insights to enhance campaign performance.
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, analyzing key findings and presenting recommendations to clients.
  • Continuously explore new advertising channels, platforms, and technologies to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, to implement advanced tracking, automation, and integration solutions to enhance campaign management and performance.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in media buying, preferably in digital advertising across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and optimize campaign performance accordingly.
  • Proficiency in using ad management platforms and analytics tools, such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics, including CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Passion for digital marketing, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and a willingness to learn and implement new strategies and technologies.
