Member/Customer Service Representative (Part-Time & Full-Time)

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Member/Customer Service Representatives to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our members/customers through various communication channels. Whether part-time or full-time, your role will be crucial in creating a positive customer experience, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns to ensure member satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Provide outstanding service to members/customers via phone, email, chat, or in person, ensuring all inquiries are addressed in a professional and friendly manner.
Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints, issues, and feedback, aiming for effective and timely solutions while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Membership Support: Assist with membership-related inquiries such as account status, benefits, renewals, and upgrades. Ensure members are fully informed about available services.
Product/Service Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products, services, and policies to guide members/customers accurately.
Database Management: Record and update customer/member information accurately in our CRM or relevant systems, ensuring data integrity.
Follow-ups: Ensure any open cases or issues are followed up on and resolved in a timely manner, ensuring high levels of member satisfaction.
Sales Support: Assist in upselling or cross-selling additional products and services to members/customers when appropriate.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to share information and ensure that all customer service goals are met.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Some positions may require a college degree or experience in a related field).
Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a similar field is a plus but not required.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult or stressful situations calmly and professionally.
Friendly, approachable demeanor and a passion for helping others.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Comfortable working with computers and customer service software (training provided).
Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays (for both part-time and full-time positions).
