Member/Customer Service Representative (Part-Time & Full-Time)

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Member/Customer Service Representatives to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our members/customers through various communication channels. Whether part-time or full-time, your role will be crucial in creating a positive customer experience, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns to ensure member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Provide outstanding service to members/customers via phone, email, chat, or in person, ensuring all inquiries are addressed in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints, issues, and feedback, aiming for effective and timely solutions while maintaining customer satisfaction.

  • Membership Support: Assist with membership-related inquiries such as account status, benefits, renewals, and upgrades. Ensure members are fully informed about available services.

  • Product/Service Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products, services, and policies to guide members/customers accurately.

  • Database Management: Record and update customer/member information accurately in our CRM or relevant systems, ensuring data integrity.

  • Follow-ups: Ensure any open cases or issues are followed up on and resolved in a timely manner, ensuring high levels of member satisfaction.

  • Sales Support: Assist in upselling or cross-selling additional products and services to members/customers when appropriate.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to share information and ensure that all customer service goals are met.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Some positions may require a college degree or experience in a related field).

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a similar field is a plus but not required.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult or stressful situations calmly and professionally.

  • Friendly, approachable demeanor and a passion for helping others.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Comfortable working with computers and customer service software (training provided).

  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays (for both part-time and full-time positions).
