Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over seven years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. As a fully remote position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient CRM architectures that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architecture Design:

    • Develop and design comprehensive Microsoft Dynamics CRM architectures that align with business goals and requirements.
    • Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of CRM solutions.
  • Implementation and Customization:

    • Lead the implementation of Dynamics CRM projects, including customization, configuration, and integration with other systems.
    • Customize entities, workflows, plugins, and reports to meet specific business needs.
  • Integration:

    • Design and manage integrations between Dynamics CRM and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, third-party applications).
    • Utilize APIs, middleware, and custom solutions to facilitate seamless data flow.
  • Best Practices and Standards:

    • Establish and enforce best practices for Dynamics CRM development, deployment, and maintenance.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
  • Technical Leadership:

    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams and other stakeholders.
    • Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to maintain optimal system performance.
  • Project Management:

    • Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
    • Monitor project progress and ensure timely and successful delivery of CRM solutions.
  • User Training and Support:

    • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and administrators.
    • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Dynamics CRM systems, addressing issues and implementing enhancements as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement:

    • Stay updated with the latest Dynamics CRM features, updates, and industry trends.
    • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system functionality and user experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience:

    • 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (now Dynamics 365).
    • Proven track record in designing and implementing complex CRM solutions.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Deep understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture, customization, and configuration.
    • Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.
    • Experience with CRM integration techniques and tools (e.g., Azure, Power Platform, SSIS).
    • Knowledge of SQL Server, database management, and data modeling.
  • Certifications:

    • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (preferred).
    • Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
