We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Desk Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support in managing office operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth flow of daily office activities. Key Responsibilities:
Reception and Customer Service:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Administrative Support:
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and office events.
Handle office supplies and inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
Organize and maintain filing systems (both physical and electronic).
Assist with data entry and record keeping.
Office Maintenance:
Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Coordinate with external service providers for office repairs, maintenance, and cleaning services.
Team Support:
Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Assist staff with general administrative tasks, such as document preparation or meeting coordination.
General Office Management:
Maintain office equipment, troubleshooting minor issues or coordinating repairs when necessary.
Support office events and team-building activities.
Manage office security procedures, such as visitor check-ins and monitoring access.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred), with some college coursework or a degree in business administration or a related field a plus.
Experience: Previous office or administrative experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Schedule:
