What will you do? As a care coordinator, you are part of the multidisciplinary team. You assess and support clients with psychological and behavioral problems. You play an important role in the treatment of our patients. You are one of the care coordinators and conduct individual and/or group treatments, which mainly consist of cognitive behavioral therapy and/or EMDR.

• You are involved in intakes and psychodiagnostic assessments.

• You have a coaching role towards your colleagues.

• You think together with your colleagues about the development of treatment policies and the quality of care, where your input is valued.

Requirements

Who are you? You are an enthusiastic and committed care coordinator with the following qualifications:

• You have BIG registration and AGB code.

• You have an affinity with a broad generalist vision within specialized mental health care.

• You are proactive and have good communication skills.

• You are flexible and can work well as part of a team.

• You are digitally skilled and can quickly work with new programs.

• You record your activities accurately and are punctual in your work.

• You speak Dutch and English fluently.

• You have an affinity with more complex care needs.
