Operations Data Entry Associate, Assurant-GCC, India
As a Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering auto consumer contract data into various software programs, ensuring data integrity and completeness. Responsibilities also includes resolution of Email to Case correspondence with accuracy. You will also assist with other administrative tasks and projects.
This position will be Remote at our India location. But we are looking for the candidates from Bangalore, Chennai & Hyderabad regions only.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
Operations – 90%
- Enter auto contract data into Salesforce, validate OCR data in Validation Queue and ensure information is correct within required turnaround times
- Handle online inquiries and correspondence in assigned Salesforce queues
- Daily monitoring of multiple queues in Salesforce
- Contact with customers/clients at basic level to obtain required information and respond when requests are completed
- When necessary, engage with Quality Control, Client Services and Operations Support Supervisor to resolve Data Entry and Email to Case queries
- Utilizes correct codes to enter data into system
- Uses systems and multiple programs for tracking, information gathering, and documenting customer interactions accurately
- Retrieving data from application/files upon request
- Is responsible for attending and adhering to scheduled shifts and breaks
- Demonstrates shift flexibility to support the business as required
- Utilizes tools, resources and systems to process customer requests and provide accurate information
- Meet predefined quality assessment standards
- Other assignments as identified by management
Development – 10%
- Partake in, and adhere to, training programs for effectiveness in supporting departmental goals and objectives
What are the requirements needed for this position?
EDUCATION:
- High School diploma/GED
KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with others to generate ideas or resolve problems
- Ability to process time sensitive data and information from multiple sources
- Proficient keyboarding skills
- Ability to multi-task multiple screens and programs
- Proficiency of computer navigation and Microsoft Office/Windows
- Ability to work positively in a demanding, high volume, fast-paced, team-oriented service environment both independently as well as collaboratively
- 1 year of related experience
- 1 year of customer service experience
