About the role
We are looking for a reliable, organised, and trustworthy individual with excellent attention to detail to join us as an out of hours Operations Executive to provide exceptional customer service, logistical and operational support to ensure the company runs effectively and efficiently. As a relatively small company enjoying sustained expansion, we're looking for a team player who isn't afraid to get their sleeves rolled up and carry out a variety of operational, administrative, and customer-service based tasks required. This role will be required to work core business hours for the UTC-8 time zone, and is a fully remote role.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of the role include:
- Serve as the account manager to our clients for general inquiries and issues, ensuring a positive initial impression and ongoing relationship.
- Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
- Manage client accounts and provide clients with detailed information about their investments and account status.
- Process transactions, perform data entry, and prepare and manage documentation related to transactions, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
- Maintain CRM and stock management databases to ensure accurate inventory records and organised records of all operational activities.
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of precious metals, ensuring timely and secure transportation of products to clients and storage facilities.
- Taking, processing and hedging orders through our bespoke Salesforce system
- Undertake data entry and provide clerical support for operations and projects.
- Assist the wider team as necessary.
- Providing top quality customer care, relationship management, database management, and logistical expertise, between the hours of 17:00pm – 01:30am GMT.
Requirements
About you
- An exceptional verbal and written communicator
- Proficient with IT, including in Microsoft products, particularly with Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce.
- Experience, or strong interest in, precious metal markets, and wider financial/investment markets.
- An organised planner with excellent administration skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
- A logical thinker with a thorough and diligent approach to prioritising work.
- Process driven to ensure compliance within multiple jurisdictions.
- Experience with logistics, cross-border logistics experience would be highly desirable.
- Proactively delivers excellent customer service and solutions.
- Resilient and adaptable to working in a growth environment.
- A quick learner who is comfortable working autonomously, and independently when required
- A team player with a willingness to pitch in to help others.

- Salary £30,000 - £32,000 per year (dependent on experience)
- Full-time permanent contract – hours of work 17:00pm – 01:30am (GMT), Monday to Friday.
