We are seeking a full-time Inbound Support Reconciliation Specialist to work alongside our US-based
Merchant Operations team. This role will support our eCommerce websites and other warehouse
channels.
Responsibilities:
- Creating digital packing slips in our warehouse management system
- Solve Stocking PO tickets as assigned
- Send email communication to vendors as needed.
- Make outbound phone calls to vendors as needed.
- Automotive interest or knowledge is plus.
- You will be working with automotive products and reviewing the condition of the product.
We are a technology-focused team and our processes run through cloud-based applications and are fully
accessible through remote access.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented and has a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to learn and follow processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
- Active listener and good team collaborator.
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills
- PC proficient
- Prior inbound/outbound phone call experience preferred
- Not required, but a plus: Knowledge of automotive parts
Technical Requirements:
- The ability to attend daily virtual meetings with our US-based team with video and audio
- capability.
- High-speed internet connection.

Shift Timing : Monday – Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM EST
