Schedule: Some flexibility but would like them to be available around our core hours of 9am to 6pm - 1 hr for lunch.

Job Description

We’re seeking a highly organized and versatile Operations and Admin Support Specialist to join our fast-paced, global travel accessories business. This multifaceted role offers an exciting opportunity to dive into various aspects of our operations, from managing wholesale inquiries to coordinating international shipments and supporting our leadership team. You’ll be at the heart of our business, ensuring smooth operations across our e-commerce platform and wholesale channels. Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize our wholesale operations, including responding to customer inquiries and efficiently processing orders
  • Coordinate complex shipping logistics for both incoming raw materials and outgoing products on a global scale
  • Drive e-commerce success by assisting with order fulfillment and enhancing online operations
  • Provide crucial administrative support to our leadership team, helping to streamline decision-making processes
  • Maintain and improve our tracking systems and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information across all platforms
  • Collaborate with our product development team, offering administrative support to bring innovative travel accessories to market
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our wholesale processes, identifying and implementing efficiency enhancements
  • Assist in inventory management and stock control, ensuring optimal product availability across all sales channels

Requirements

  • Exceptional organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and the ability to master new software systems quickly
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with international clients and partners
  • Experience with or a demonstrated aptitude for learning tracking systems and freight processes
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Strong customer service orientation with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce operations and wholesale business models
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for learning new skills and taking on diverse responsibilities
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a global team
