As a Paralegal with a talent for customer service within the Customer Success team, this role is crucial in ensuring customers attain their desired outcomes using our product or service. This responsibility is pivotal for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. You will act as an essential bridge between our company and its customers, championing customer success and satisfaction. Additionally, the duties shall include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and offering support on legal matters, contributing significantly to our overall service quality.
Legal Drafting/Review
Manage the process of drafting legal language to fit customer requirements for written agreements
Prepare required documents for manager review before sharing with clients
Customer Service
Receive requests from users and leads asking questions about services and account management
Ensure requests are handled quickly and correctly as part of full service model
Tech Setup Support
Support customers in setting up connections between their source code management platform
Ensure everything is administered correctly on the company side
Sales Support
Work with leads who have questions, guiding them about services via email and website chat
Support customer success from first contact
Report Drafting
Inspect information provided by customers
Draft and send reports back to customers

We are seeking a motivated individual ready to embrace this challenge. While extensive legal or technical experience is not expected, familiarity with LegalTech concepts is crucial for success in this role.
Prior experience in customer success or similar role is preferred
Proficiency in drafting legal documents
Exposure to working with diverse companies of varying sizes and industries
Analytical thinking and a proactive attitude
Excellent written English communication skills
Proficiency in modern web tools like Google Docs and similar platforms
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable adapting and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
