Job Description:
Works with System integrators (SIs) to drive sell in and/or sell through activities targeting public sector in Malaysia.
Enable key SIs in Malaysia with Intel technology, products and solutions
Partner closely with Account Executives covering enterprise end customers to ensure that partners are ready to implement Intel-based solutions and respond to RFPs/RFIs with the highest degree of Intel content possible
Develops the partner business plan, implements partner programs, coordinates coselling between partner and Intel's sales team, while promoting Intel's products and services.
Builds trusted relationships with the partners to drive short term consumption sales objectives while establishing scale via long term strategic alignment with partners across the ecosystem.
Collaborates with the sales team, product groups and other key internal stakeholders to develop and execute partner expansion programs.
Shares partner feedback to improve Intel's product offerings.
Follows partner ecosystem trends and shares innovative perspectives to advance the joint business priorities and open new opportunities in the market/industry.
Supports go to market campaigns and collaborates on presales and proof of concept execution, and training programs to ensure successful execution of the account plan targets and performance metrics.
Note: This is a commissioned sales position.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will be expected to have a proven track record in Industry Sales, Partner Sales as well as managing activities to drive customer alignment with corporate strategies along with the following skills and experience:
Sales, consultants, or Business development with minimum 5-10 years' experience in leading IT company, consulting firm or SI/ISV and a successful track record delivering business results.
Strong communication and executive relationship management skills.
Excellent presentation skills/experience representing Intel in front of external audiences
Track record of success applying a consultative selling approach to understand customer challenges with the ability to envision and deliver next-generation technology solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes
Experience in developing new businesses and business models within strategic accounts, managing large government projects, working with local business partners, and integrating across the full ICT ecosystem.
Understanding of the sales pipeline with all variables and interdependencies.
Ability to think strategically and inspire internal and external stakeholders
Account management and customer executive handling skills required.
Willingness to travel frequently, flexibility, and can-do spirit.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Bachelor's degree in relevant technical or business field
