The Rentals Sales Team provides best-in-class advertising solutions and business consultation for Multi-Family partners. We are a team of high-energy individuals committed to helping Zillow Group users make more thoughtful decisions about buying, renting, owning, and selling homes. Specifically, the Multi-Family Rental sales team works with owners and operators of rental properties throughout the US, helping to connect rental shoppers with the property they will next call home. We provide creative technological solutions, strategic data, and excellent training and development to amplify our clients' growth as true partners in their business. About the role

The role of the Partner Success Manager is to drive engagement, loyalty, retention, and growth with their clients. You will guide and coach your clients to success using an established program through client motivation, education, and engagement. As a Partner Success Manager, you will help our paying clients generate a return on every investment they make with the Zillow Group Rentals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct business reviews with clients, providing insights and success metrics to ensure their account is set up for success with the goal of helping grow, retain, and engage our client base

  • Drive the new business sales cycle including identifying potential clients as well as decision-makers within existing portfolios, resolving prospect’s needs, overcoming objections, negotiating, and closing.

  • Be responsible for your own book of business and help nurture our next generation of top clients

  • Service as a coach, mentor, and educator of our Single Family clients to encourage mutual success

  • Get in touch with accounts with past dues to drive revenue gains and help partners avoid suspension or cancellation due to nonpayment.

  • Serve as the primary contact of newly onboarded partners, provide training to Zillow Group Rentals platform end users, and post go-live support

  • Represent the voice of the customer to influence product, marketing, and sales process and improvement

  • Facilitate positive client experiences through your expertise of our systems and processes

  • Demonstrate local knowledge of trends, market conditions, and advertising tendencies based on market assigned

  • Identifies and closes upsell opportunities as available

  • Conduct renewal conversations to keep partners in term.

  • Respond within one business day to new business opportunities

  • Collaborate with MFH sales to drive engagement and upsells to MFH product while retaining business on Premium Feed Connect

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $30.80 - $49.20 Hourly. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • 2+ years of Account Management experience

  • Excel at establishing relationships in order to engage and retain clients

  • Experience handling a book of business comprised of small, medium, and large accounts with multiple decision-makers

  • You thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

  • Consistent track record meeting and exceeding retention goals and other key performance metrics

  • Experience using Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar CRM solution

  • Ability to present to multiple decision makers including C-Suite

  • You have a willingness to work with sales partners to help cultivate client growth or resolution.
