What’s the opportunity?We are looking for an Payout Incident Project Manager to centralize and streamline incident management while leading key cross-regional initiatives. The successful candidate will enhance the detection, resolution, and communication of incidents by working closely with regional payout teams and stakeholders. They will ensure standardized incident workflows are in place and drive improvements by analyzing trends. Additionally, they will lead projects focused on optimizing and automating processes, collaborating with various teams to implement scalable solutions that boost efficiency across all regions.

What will I be doing?

  • Centralize the management of incidents, developing processes to improve the detection, handling, and resolution of incidents working across payouts regional teams.
  • Act as the key contact for communicating incident status, progress, and resolutions to all relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Establish clear incident workflows and documentation to ensure consistent treatment and follow-up of incidents across all areas.
  • Drive continuous improvements by analyzing incident trends and implementing proactive measures to minimize future occurrences.
  • Lead cross-regional projects focused on process improvement and automation, ensuring the standardization of features and processes across regions.
  • Collaborate with regional processing teams and other departments to design scalable, efficient processes that can be consistently applied across all regions.
  • Oversee the implementation of new tools, technologies, and automation efforts that enhance operational efficiency.

What skills do I need?

  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Basic SQL- Advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical skills, systematic, and organized.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
