Job Description

  • Record and administer time entry, and payroll related alterations
  • Recording absence times, attendances, and bonuses
  • Record ︁and ︁manage information relevant to payment or posting
  • Creating reports on time data and ensure regular report outs
  • Managing and help in resolution of time tickets
  • Manage all Payroll admin activities
  • Coordinate between Payroll and Ops Teams
  • Administer all Payroll related activities
  • Participate in cross-functional team training

Qualifications

  • Graduate (Any Stream)
  • Experience in working on any Payroll system for US/Europe
  • Polish(B2) & English(B2)
  • Good communication skills (Written & Verbal)
