To continue the successful growth, we are looking for a PERFORMANCE MARKETER.

We’re looking for a driven, results oriented and highly skilled performance marketer to work directly alongside our Co-Founder and CMO, Jacob Le Vine, to help execute on all of the company’s Marketing strategy, including all the operational requirements from research to planning, executing and analysis.

The ideal candidate would excel with diving into all steps of processes for marketing channels like Paid Ads (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter), Funnel Launches, Email Campaigns. They would be comfortable with project management, processes, systems and reviewing data.

In conclusion, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record within the digital marketing or online marketing space, with exceptional communication, organisational skills and an eye for details, rounded off with a passion for delivering high quality marketing initiatives. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing all aspects including scope, timeline, budget, coordination and completion.
  • Write direct response copy for ads, funnels, emails and sales letters where required
  • Understand and help different channels like Paid Ads (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter), Video Production, Graphic Design Team, Funnel Launches.
  • Communicate project progress and performance effectively to internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying and solving issues that must be addressed
  • Implement marketing plans, including promotional calendars and programs, new product introductions, and other marketing projects
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends. Copywriting trends, best practices and emerging platforms to drive innovation and continually improve.
  • Help deliver high-converting funnels and outstanding paid media campaigns, focusing on troubleshooting, strategizing, and meeting KPIs on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Google.
  • Use advanced data analysis tools like Hyros and GA4 to monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in marketing and advertising
  • Proven track-record in sales funnel development and optimization
  • Strong copywriting experience
  • Strong marketing project management and people performance management experience
  • Strong knowledge of marketing Apps and web tools (e.g., Hubspot, Clickfunnels, Hyros, Airtables)
  • Excellent numerical skills, including utilization of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
  • Experience working with common digital advertising platforms such as Google AdWords/Display Network, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
  • Experience working in a startup environment and building a team/department
  • General “good taste,” including an innate sense of aesthetics, a love for great copy, and a creative, witty style of communication
  • Must be a pro at communication with extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to coordinate and communicate across all departments
  • Self-directed and able to work closely with a high performance CEO
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency to drive the marketing efforts forward
  • Results-driven mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively with creative and technical teams.
  • Willing to work weekends and evenings if needed
  • Willing to be a sponge, take information, learn quickly, execute fast.
  • Adaptability and willingness to stay updated with industry changes.

Benefits

Pay:

  • Total potential OTE = $80,000 to $150,000 per annum
  • Based on track record and experience
